hahaha, wow.
Some of those are Photoshop jobs e.g. Regina Tandoori is in Dublin, I've walked past it. Others are deliberate, especially the Pub names, while Spex Appeal is an optometrist, not a restaurant, and obviously deliberate.
The Vagina restaurent (and probably many more) is photoshopped
It should be Nagina (which means lady cobra snake). If you look closely, the "V" is tilted.
